Happy Birthday DiThe Joker was bored, and this was never, ever a good thing for the fair citizens of Gotham. The last time he had gotten bored, terrible and yet wonderful things had happened. All that needed to be said was that chemicals had been involved and it had been beautiful. Still, Joker didn't think it was enough. The gags were beginning to get a bit old. He needed something new, something fresh, and he needed it now.

Dear Diary,

So, tell me about your day?

Well, my day is an amazing day! Brilliant and genius! It is celebrated every year and people greet each other on the street happily. "Happy Joker Day!" they say.

No? That isn't what you are asking about? Well golly darnit! Joker Day is far more interesting.

You see, everyne loves Joker Day. It is better than their birthday, far superior to Christmas. Not even the ghoulish fun of Halloween can beat Joker Day.

Thee are people laughing and dancing, with pies being thrown in faces and prat falls. It is a wonderfully large circus, and it is all dedicated to fun and laughter.

HAPPY JOKER DAY TO YOU!
